Here are the new names:
's S & P / MIB become FTSE
the MIB MIDEX will Italy FTSE Mid Cap
the Mibtel : FTSE All-Share
Italy and finally the 'All Stars FTSE Italy will be called Star
more we will be adding new indexes.
